The Tile Guys started the way most good trade stories do: with a lot of years on the trowel before there was ever a name on the truck. Founded by David, our craft was sharpened on demanding commercial and residential job sites across metro Atlanta — the kind of work where schedules are brutal, inspectors are picky, and sloppy tile gets torn out on your own dime. That education stuck.
Today we’ve made a deliberate choice: we work exclusively on homes. The commercial world taught us precision; residential work is where we get to use it for people we actually know — our neighbors here in Woodstock and the communities around Towne Lake. Kitchens where families eat breakfast. Showers that start every workday. Floors that get toddler traffic and dog traffic and holiday-party traffic. That’s the work we love, and it’s all we do.
Why “hyper-local” isn’t a slogan
We’re based in ZIP 30189, and we keep our service radius tight on purpose. Working close to home means we’re on time, our estimates come fast, and our warranty actually means something — because the guy who set your tile drives past your neighborhood every week. - Prep we’d stake our name on. Flat substrates, proper waterproofing, the right mortar for the tile. The invisible work is the work.
